Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "kj666", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the kj666 platform at kj666.ws and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the kj666 website at kj666.ws, including all gaming, betting, promotional, and account management features.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a kj666 account.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they may be withdrawn.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a kj666 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein or published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the kj666 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain a kj666 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kj666 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and closed, with any remaining real money balance returned in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended kj666 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise subject to an exclusion order that prohibits you from accessing online gaming services.

kj666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport — at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where kj666 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kj666 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your kj666 account while it is accessed using your correct login credentials is deemed to be conducted by you. kj666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must notify kj666 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You must not use another player's account or allow another person to use your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of kj666 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must keep your contact information — including your registered mobile number — current and accurate at all times.
• kj666 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from kj666 that requests your password should be reported to support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kj666 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kj666 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and such other methods as kj666 may approve from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your kj666 account dashboard. kj666 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kj666 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. kj666 will not process withdrawals until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and verified. Withdrawal processing times are:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during business hours.
• Bank Transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan): Typically processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• kj666 may apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• kj666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

kj666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified players aged 21 and over only.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any portion of bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• kj666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Players who kj666 reasonably determines to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses may have minimum odds, game restrictions, or time limits attached. These are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• kj666 reserves the right to request evidence that a player has genuinely engaged with a promotion in good faith before releasing bonus-related winnings.

Betting Rules

Each game and betting market available on kj666 is governed by specific Game Rules published within the relevant game interface or betting section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Game Rules, the Game Rules apply in respect of the specific game or market concerned.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the kj666 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the kj666 system. kj666 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in the relevant Game Rules.
• kj666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or prices that were clearly erroneous due to a system error or pricing fault.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed at point of play.
• In live betting (in-play), bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has been determined may be voided, even if accepted by the system.
• For cricket betting, kj666 uses international cricket body official results as the basis for settling PSL, ICC, and other cricket markets. Settlement is based on the result at the conclusion of scheduled play, including any DLS method adjustments.
• kj666 is not responsible for bets placed based on misunderstanding of market definitions or Game Rules. Players are encouraged to read all applicable rules before placing wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kj666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, forged, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated tool to access, interact with, or exploit any part of the kj666 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to exploit game or system errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to kj666 support immediately and may be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using kj666 for any money laundering or fraud-related purpose.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or in the interest of, any person who is excluded from the kj666 Platform.
• Accessing the kj666 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, if that jurisdiction is your primary place of residence or access.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kj666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the property of kj666 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kj666 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kj666 Platform without express written permission from kj666.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kj666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors outside kj666's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Loss of data, betting history, or account information resulting from system failures, provided kj666 has taken reasonable steps to maintain data integrity.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform where such information was subject to update or correction.

Nothing in these Terms limits kj666's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by kj666's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

kj666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and we actively work to prevent problem gambling on our Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kj666 players from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kj666's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to kj666's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact kj666 support in writing, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. kj666 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through kj666's internal process, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body or the applicable regulatory authority. kj666 will cooperate fully with any such process.
